How many guests can you draw?

I can sketch around 6-20 guests each hour, depending on the level of detail preferred and rhythm of your event. If you'd love each guest to enjoy a slower moment with a more detailed keepsake, I’d be happy to customize the experience to match the feel of your special day.

How do I book?

To book, submit a request with your event details using the inquiry form or checkout. I’ll review your information and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

If you’d like to move forward, a service agreement will be sent for you to sign, and a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so I recommend booking early as availability is limited.!

What paper size do you use?

4x6” and 5x7” is standard, but I also offer size upgrades.

Can you customize the artwork/paper for my event?

Yes! I offer custom touches, such as event branding, names, dates, or illustrated borders/backgrounds as an add-on to make each illustration a unique keepsake. Just let me know your vision when booking.

Do you travel outside Toronto?

Yes, travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

What happens if you can’t finish drawing everyone at the event?

While I aim to draw as many guests as possible during the booked time, occasionally demand exceeds the available hours, especially at lively, high-traffic events.

If guests are remaining, you have the option to add post-event illustrations for an additional fee. These can be completed after the event, and are either:

• Delivered as a bundle to the host

• Or sent digitally via email or a private gallery link

If this is something you'd like to prepare for in advance, I’m happy to help you build a guest list or estimate how many portraits can be realistically completed during your booking. That way, you can decide whether to extend the session or arrange for post-event add-ons ahead of time.

What do you bring with you?

I bring all drawing materials, paper, protective sleeves and simple signage to let guests know what’s happening. All I ask for is a small table, chairs and an outlet if lighting is needed.

If you’re looking for a more elevated aesthetic display, there’s also an option to add a custom setup. We can chat about ways to personalize the signage and table styling to better match your event’s theme or decor.
